Terms of use.

The service

Import Transform Ledger is a local-first CSV mapping, cleanup, validation, and audit utility. It does not connect to destination business systems, infer sensitive mappings, or submit imports on your behalf.

Free workflow and Field Kit

The full transform, review, rejection, recipe export, output export, and checksum workflow is available without payment. Field Kit is a $29 one-time license that unlocks an unlimited saved recipe library on the licensed device. It is not a subscription. Accessibility, data export, and rejection safety are never paywalled.

Purchases use Sociobot’s hosted billing system, with Dodo as merchant of record. Refunds are handled by the merchant of record; a refunded, revoked, expired, invalid, or wrong-product license stops unlocking paid features. A license may be restored on another device by pasting its token.

Your data and acceptable use

You are responsible for having authority to process the data you load. Do not use the service to violate law or others’ rights. Because processing is local, keep exported recipes and reports where your organization permits and protect license tokens like purchase credentials.

Availability and warranty

The software is provided “as is,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness, or error-free output. To the extent permitted by law, Sociobot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of exported data. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
